Please Note: If you are using a newer version of any of the applications listed above, we reccommend using our PDF Job Options with Acrobat Pro to save the artwork as a PDF. Be aware that printing to a PDF or exporting one without these options enabled may produce a lower quality file.

Collect all placed images, fonts, PDF's and native files in a compressed .zip, .sit or other compression file format, name the compressed file with your Purchase Order Number to help ease file management and avoid file corruption.

White copies or film negatives can be scanned only if an electronic version is not available.

Methods for cleaning or re-creating poor-quality or damaged art will be suggested to ensure the best quality from the start. You will be contacted as soon as we encounter any issues to discuss your options.
